We offer hassle-free returns for both unopened (100% money back for 30 days from order date and opened containers (80% if within 10 days from order date;) for orders within the US.**

If you're not satisfied with the product, simply notify us to initiate your return within the following timeframes to seek a refund (or store credit) on your order.

As the policy is generous to protect our customers, exceptions cannot be made outside of these timeframes.

Unopened containers - 30-day Policy:

  • 30 days from order date: 100% refund, less shipping.

Opened Containers - 30-day Policy:

  • 10 days from order date: 80% refund, less shipping.
  • Returns for opened containers are not accepted for international orders.

-We do not reimburse shipping costs for delivery or return costs.

-We do not accept or process international returns for opened jars.

-If found to be violating manufacturer policies such as 3rd party reselling, we are unable to accept returns, issue store credit, or accept future orders.

-We reserve the right to cancel and refund auto-ship orders that are not reflective of normal and/or reasonable personal use

Expect International shipping times to take 7-14 days. Customs delays are out of our control. It is not abnormal for an international shipment to take 21-45 days for delivery. Any duties, fees, or direct pick-up requirements are the responsibility of international customers.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if a returned opened product has been used beyond expected/reasonable use for the given return period.

Products sold through 3rd party portals are covered by the policies of the 3rd party.

Shipping is not refunded; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
